To reserve your chosen apartment, a preliminary agreement must be signed. After signing, a security deposit starting from 10% of the apartment’s price is required. If the apartment purchase involves bank financing, this deposit is counted as the down payment.
The purchase agreement is signed after the property is commissioned. The security deposit is deducted from the total purchase price. Further steps depend on whether bank financing is used or the purchase is made without a loan.
1. The purchase agreement is signed at a notary.
2. The purchase amount must be transferred within 3 business days.
3. Documents are submitted for registration in the Land Register.
4. After the apartment is re-registered, we sign the acceptance-handover act and provide the apartment keys.
If needed, an escrow account can be used for the transaction.
1. Sign loan agreements with the chosen bank.
2. The purchase agreement is signed at a notary. The bank’s required down payment must be made within 3 business days.
3. Documents are submitted for registration in the Land Register.
4. After the apartment is re-registered, the bank transfers the remaining purchase amount.
5. We sign the acceptance-handover act and provide you with the keys.
